The Vision Plan

Once permission was granted for the workshop, Ted and Linda identified and met with numerous stakeholder groups, including environmental activists, environmental regulators, neighborhood associations, bicyclists, elected leaders, park groups, the urban renewal group and local business groups -- to identify their interests and seek their support for the project.  Then, on a sunny day in February 2008, more than 40 individuals came together for a day-long Vision Charrette.  David Evans and Associates assisted with this process and produced the Vision Plan in May 2008.
